TL;DR (plain language)

  • When you buy an asset, you get a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to USE it commercially — in ads, films, social media, websites, client work, even physical merchandise you sell — plus the original full-resolution file.
  • What you’re buying is documented permission, a clean warranty chain from the creator, and the full-quality file — everything a stock buyer actually needs. Copyright ownership isn’t included: purely AI-generated content generally has no copyright under current US law, so nobody can sell you one — we just say it plainly.
  • No exclusivity. Others may buy the same asset. Nobody can promise you that similar AI content won’t exist elsewhere.
  • Don’t resell or redistribute the asset as an asset (no re-uploading to stock sites, no freebie packs, no “AI dataset” bundles, no using it to train AI models without separate written permission).
  • If the content happens to resemble a real person, brand, logo, or trademark, you are responsible for any clearances your specific use needs — standard stock-industry practice.
  • You previewed the full content before buying. All sales final.

1. Parties and Scope

This Content Usage License (the “License”) is granted to the purchaser (“you,” “Licensee”) upon completed payment for a digital asset (the “Asset”) on AgentsOfAI.art, operated by (the “Platform”). The License is granted by the uploading creator (the “Creator”) and administered by the Platform under the Creator Agreement. The License version in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase, and each purchase is recorded against your account.

One license per purchasing person or entity. If you purchase on behalf of a client, the License extends to one client per purchase for the delivered work; either you or that client may rely on it, but it does not cover additional clients — buy a separate license per client.

2. What You Receive

Upon purchase you receive:

  1. The original file — the file exactly as the Creator uploaded it, at full resolution and without watermark, delivered by download link on-screen and by email. The watermarked preview shows the complete content, but streamed at web quality — the file you receive is the same content in its original, typically higher, quality.
  2. A non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free usage license as described in Section 3.
  3. A documented chain of authorization — the Creator has warranted to the Platform and to buyers (with indemnity to the Platform) that the Asset is their own AI-generated work, that they control the rights needed to sell it, and that it does not knowingly infringe third-party rights.

Re-download from your Purchases page. Download links expire 24 hours after they are issued. You can obtain fresh links at any time by signing in with the same email address used for the purchase and re-downloading the Asset from your account, for as long as the file remains available on the Platform. If you checked out as a guest and do not yet have an account, creating one with that email address makes the purchase appear in your library automatically. If the Creator later deletes the Asset or their account, the file is removed and re-download is no longer possible; we do not guarantee indefinite availability, so please save your download. Your license to any copies you have already downloaded is perpetual and unaffected.

3. License Grant

Subject to payment and this License, you may reproduce, edit, adapt, combine, publicly display, publish, broadcast, and distribute the Asset as part of your own projects and end products, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, worldwide, forever, with no further royalties. Permitted uses include, without limitation:

  • Advertising and marketing (online, broadcast, out-of-home, print)
  • Films, trailers, documentaries, and other productions
  • Social media content, YouTube videos, streaming content
  • Websites, apps, presentations, and internal corporate use
  • Editorial use (news, commentary, education)
  • Physical merchandise for sale — prints, posters, apparel, mugs and similar goods, including print-on-demand (the physical product is yours to sell; the digital file itself is not — see Section 5)
  • Work delivered to a client (one client per license — see Section 1)

No attribution is required (credit is appreciated but optional).

4. Copyright Status of AI-Generated Content — Read This

Every Asset on the Platform is AI-generated or AI-assisted and labeled as such. Under current United States law, works generated entirely by AI are not eligible for copyright protection (US Copyright Office guidance, 2025; Thaler v. Perlmutter, certiorari denied 2026). AI-assisted works may qualify only to the extent of sufficient human authorship. Accordingly:

  • This License conveys usage rights and contractual warranties — it is not a copyright assignment, and it does not represent that the Asset is protected by copyright.
  • No exclusivity is granted or implied. The same Asset may be licensed to others, and neither the Platform nor the Creator warrants that identical or similar content does not or will not exist elsewhere, or that you can prevent third parties from using similar content.
  • What you are paying for is what stock buyers have always actually needed: the full-quality file, a contractual right to use it commercially, a warranty and indemnity chain from the Creator, and curation/convenience.
  • Whether your derivative work (the ad, film, or design you build with the Asset) is copyrightable is a question about your own authorship, not about the Asset.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  1. Resell or redistribute the Asset as an asset — including re-uploading it (modified or not) to any stock marketplace, template library, free-download site, NFT platform, or content pack, or sharing the original file with anyone outside your organization/client engagement.
  2. Use the Asset to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI/ML models, or include it in any dataset, without separate written permission from the Platform and the uploading Creator.
  3. Claim authorship or exclusive rights in the unmodified Asset, including attempting to register the unmodified Asset for copyright or trademark protection.
  4. Use the Asset in a way that is defamatory, deceptive, or misleading — including presenting AI-generated content as authentic footage of real events or real people (note that laws such as the EU AI Act and various US state laws may require you to disclose AI-generated content in your own use).
  5. Use the Asset in unlawful, pornographic, or hateful material, or in a way that harasses or violates the rights of any person.
  6. Use the Asset as (or as part of) a trademark, logo, or brand identifier.
  7. Remove or falsify any AI-provenance metadata for a use where the law requires disclosure.

6. Trademarks, Likenesses, and Clearances (Buyer Responsibility)

AI-generated content can inadvertently resemble real people, brands, products, logos, buildings, or artistic styles. Consistent with standard stock-industry practice:

  • The Creator warrants they did not deliberately generate protected characters, logos, or real-person likenesses, and the Platform moderates for these — but no one can guarantee the absence of every resemblance.
  • You are responsible for evaluating your specific use and obtaining any clearance, consent, or legal review it requires (e.g., trademark clearance for commercial claims, publicity-rights review if something resembles an identifiable person, and any AI-labeling disclosures your jurisdiction requires for your use).

7. No Refunds

The asset detail page plays the complete content before purchase — full length, watermarked, at streaming quality. Because you see the complete content before buying (the delivered file is the same content at its original quality), all sales are final and non-refundable on downloaded assets. EU/UK buyers consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, as recorded at the time of purchase and confirmed by email.

8. Warranties, Disclaimer, and Liability

  • The Creator warrants (via the Creator Agreement) that the Asset is their own AI-generated work, that they control the rights needed to license it, and that it does not knowingly infringe third-party IP, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE ASSET IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” THE PLATFORM AND CREATOR DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO YOUR SPECIFIC USE, COPYRIGHTABILITY, AND EXCLUSIVITY.
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS LICENSE IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ASSET, AND NEITHER THE PLATFORM NOR THE CREATOR IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the extent both this asset-specific cap and the general liability cap in the Terms of Service could apply to the same claim concerning an Asset, this License’s asset-specific cap controls.
  • If an Asset is removed following an infringement claim (e.g., DMCA), the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify affected buyers; your remedy is against the Creator under their warranties. Stop using an Asset if you receive credible notice that it infringes third-party rights.

9. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you materially breach it (in particular Sections 5–6) and do not cure within 14 days of notice. The License for an Asset also ends if the underlying purchase is refunded or reversed by chargeback — the reversal revokes the download entitlement for that Asset. On termination you must stop new uses of the Asset and delete the original file; end products already published before termination in compliance with this License may remain, except where the License ended because the purchase was refunded or reversed — in that case all use must stop.

10. General

This License is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico; venue and dispute terms follow the Terms of Service. This License, the Terms of Service, and your purchase record are the entire agreement for the Asset. You may not transfer this License except to the single client described in Section 1.
